Shipping & Delivery
Most products generally ship the same day from one of our California fulfillment centers for orders placed by 2:00PM PST.  Orders placed after 2:00 may still ship, though you may want to do an online chat or call us to confirm if you are planning to overnight your order.  Any requests for changes to your order must be made via email.
Privacy & Security
Your privacy and safety are critical to our success.  This website uses commercial grade encryption to process orders.  We own and operate the servers that host this website.  Physical access to our equipment is restriced with passcode and biometric scanning checkpoints.  Your credit card information is NOT stored once the transaction is complete.  We have never and will never sell, rent or otherwise disseminate your contact information including phone number and email address.  Your contact information is only used to make sure your order successfully reaches it's destination.  We may, on occasion, send promotional emails, though we make it very easy to opt out.
Returns & Replacements
Diablo Cable may authorize the return of an item for either a refund or replacement at the discretion of management.  Because we sell many custom and OEM products, some items will not qualify for a return.  Management may require that defective items be returned prior to replacement.  Any return authorization given for purposes of a refund is good for 10 business days from the date of issuance.  A minimum of a 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to all product returns for purposes of a refund and some items may not quality for a refund.  RMA's for refund may only be given within 30 days from date of purchase.  Defective products for which an advanced warranty replacement was shipped, must be returned within 3 business days.  Failure to return a product for which an advanced exchange was provided within 3 business days will need to be invoiced for the full retail replacement value.  All requests for return or exchange must be made via email.
Ordering
We gladly take orders over the phone, though the easiest, most error free way, is to place the order directly through our website.  Especially late in the day, when you want something to ship overnight.  Ordering through the website is the most sure-fire way to make sure your order is shipped the same day.  We only charge sales tax for orders shipping to California.  If you are a tax-exempt California customer, please register an account and then email us to request your account be marked as tax exempt or reseller.
Payment & Purchase Orders
We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express.  We also gladly accept purchase orders from United Sates based Schools, Colleges, Local, State and Federal Government Facilities and many non-pofit organizations.  If you fax your PO to us, please be sure to include an email address where we can send order confirmation and tracking information.
Viewing Orders & Invoices
It's super easy to lookup your order and obtain a copy of an invoice.  Just log into your account and you'll find order history, shipment status including tracking numbers, and your order invoices.  Lost your password?  No problem, we offer a password recovery feature.  If all else fails, you can do an online chat with us, send us an email, or call one of our friendly agents for help.
Updating Account Information
To update your contact information including username, password, billing or shipping address, simply log into your account and click on "Manage My Account".  Still need help?  No problem, help is only a chat, email of phone call away.
