Warranty Policy

Diablo Cable has a standard 1-year warranty policy covering all used network hardware purchased under normal use conditions (i.e. indoors, operating at normal office-space temperatures).  If during the warranty period an item fails to work as it was originally intended to perform, Diablo Cable may replace the item at no charge to the customer.  Due to the volatility of the used hardware marketplace, Diablo Cable may not always be able replace the defective item within a reasonable period of time.  In the event that item is either no longer available or has gone up in price by more than 5%, Diablo Cable reserves the right to provide a prorated refund to the customer based on the original purchase price upon return receipt of the defective item.

Warranty Policy for new cables, memory and GBICs
Diablo Cable includes a lifetime warranty for all new cables, memory, and GBIC modules.  These items are covered for life under normal use conditions (i.e. indoors operating at normal office-space temperatures).  Diablo Cable may ship advanced replacement products at the discretion of management.

International Buyers
The warranty policy for all International purchases (outside of North America) is limited to 90 days. Diablo Cable's warranty policy for all International purchases does not cover shipping costs for replacement or return items.

RMA's
Diablo Cable may authorize the return of an item for refund up to 15 days from the date of purchase at the discretion of management.  Management may require that defective items be returned prior to replacement.  Any return authorization given for purposes of a refund is good for 10 days from the date of issuance.  A minimum of a 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to all product returns for purposes of a refund and some items may not quality for a refund.  Returned items must me in their original unopened packaging in good resaleable condition.  Defective products for which an advanced warranty replacement was shipped, must be returned within 3 business days.  Failure to return a product for which an advanced exchange was provided within 3 business days will need to be invoiced for the full retail replacement value.

Limit of liability
Diablo Cable is not responsible for any incendental downtime or inconvenience due to shipping delays, product availability, out of stock product, product failure, incorrect product shipment, data loss, or any other inconvenience caused by products we sell.
